Softrim Corp. founded in 2000, provides small and medium sized businesses with a Total Solution for all your voice, video and IT needs. This includes the architecture, design, installation and service of computer systems, local and wide area networks, digital key phone systems,  voice over IP telephony, video conferencing and home theaters. Softrim also provides extensive software development services in producing websites, e-commerce portals and custom software applications.

Our Customers range in size and diversity from 5 to 10 users on a local client/server network to multi-location organizations with up to 200 users on a wide area network using Citrix to support remote users.  In telephony, our clients range from small, 5 user offices to multi-location enterprises with up to 450 users. We serve many industry segments, including: real estate development, realty, home builders, commercial construction, law firms, medical practices, insurance agencies, high tech manufacturing, finance (brokerages and fund management), education (schools), and oil and gas distribution and transportation.

Some of our team members are:

Aaron Gruber and Todd Neiert - Principal Consultants in Networking Systems, have over 30 years of combined experience in designing and servicing local and wide area networks. Aaron has been with Softrim over 7 years and Todd joined over 2 years ago. Aaron and Todd, along with more than 10 other network engineers have made Softrim a Microsoft Gold Partner and have industry leading expertise in all aspects of client/server networks including MS advanced server, clusters, WAN architecture, MS Exchange, Citrix, wireless networks and Cisco routers.

Chris Berthold, Praveen Gogineni and several more programmers and web developers based and residing in Southwest Florida have made Softrim a power house in custom programming, database design and administration and web development.

Frank Parsons, Director of Telecom Services has over 25 years experience as a Telecom Specialist with professional certifications in various telephone systems including Cisco, Iwatsu, Samsung and many more. He has worked in many telephony related capacities in the US Navy and in several private companies. He has been with Softrim over 5 years and has been instrumental in making Softrim  the #1 telephony services provider in Southwest Florida

Gurcharn Dang, President and Founder has been president and/or CEO of several companies including Vital Solutions in Plano TX (a data base and e-commerce consulting company), Best Power in Elk Grove Village IL (ac power protection), Topaz Inc.in San Diego CA (ac power protection) and the European Division of AT&T/Lucent Microelectronics in London, England

Kevin Harvey, General Manager and Director of Marketing & Sales is a true native of Ft Myers in that he was born and educated here and has worked solely in Southwest Florida. He has been with Softrim over 7 years and has extensive experience in the networking and telephony industries. Prior to joining Softrim, he managed a multi-million dollar electronic and networking product distribution company with locations throughout the Southeast US

Tom Passafuime, Director of Video Lifestyles has over 22 years experience in designing, installing and servicing audio and video systems including high-end home theaters. He has worked at Sony Electronics for over 10 years in product development, retail marketing, and as an A/V Specialty Sales Rep. He was inducted into the elite 'Sony Samurai' club in 1999 in recognition of his outstanding achievements in sales. He has also been the General Manager for the House of High Fidelity, a consumer electronics company in Naples. Before joining Softrim, he was the owner/manager of Naples Audio Video Lifestyles Inc., where his motto: 'Keep it Simple' earned him a lot of loyal customers.
