Network Support

Softrim offers both remote HelpDesk and on-site Field Service support. With over 20 technical associates in Southwest Florida, we provide fast, reliable and consistent service.

  • HelpDesk: Softrim has developed a proprietary software application and set up a call center in its main office at Estero, FL to support remote users all over the USA. Given the high level of control that can be achieved remotely on computers, many of the issues that users have on a day-to-day basis can be resolved quickly and efficiently thru HelpDesk services.
